This is a catering version of a classic ham & cheese. Here the sandwich will be served on a 22-23" hoagie, with boars head smoked turkey, and your choice of cheese. Default would be swiss. Sandwiches come sliced in upwards of 11pc, on a serving platter. Serves between 8 and 11 people.
