This is a catering version of our in house #3. Here the sandwich will be served on a 22-23" hoagie, with boars head prosciutto, hot soprressata. mozzarella, hot peppers, lettuce tomato and sides of oil and vinegar. Sandwiches come sliced in upwards of 11pc, on a serving platter with disposable tongs. Serves between 8 and 11 people.
