This is a catering version of our in house #6. Here the sandwich will be served on a 22-23" hoagie, with boars head mozzarella, arugula, avocado, tomato, pesto and balsamic glaze. Sandwiches come sliced in upwards of 11pc, on a serving platter with disposable tongs. Serves between 8 and 11 people.
